Hi, I follow the steps in wiki to setup Xen on arndale. But after booting to dom0, there is no NIC avaliabe with lsusb. Any suggestion?

Could you send the serial output log? Which distribution are you using?
I have no specific issue with this Linux version (3.9-rc4) and I'm able
to see the NIC (ASIX Electronics ... AX88772A) with lsusb.
