Actually, CONFIG_* symbols for devices are _not_ exposed to vl.c.  Blue
Swirl specifically wanted that to happen.  So I'm afraid Mirek's patch
breaks "-usb bt" even if CONFIG_USB_BLUETOOTH is set to y.
