I propose that we create a new devicetree-meta mailing list to discuss schemas,
dtc, new DT repository, new maintainers' responsibilities and similar questions
that relate to policy and tools. After the proposed split, messages about
settings for particular hardware would stay in this device-tree mailing list.
Messages in the new mailing list would logically be CC'ed here, but messages
from this list should not be CC'ed to the meta list, as discussions of policy
should be kept separate so that they don't get lost in the chatter.

My feeling is that would fragment the discussion too much.
