Neil,
Thanks for all your hard work. I had a disk fail over the weekend and
the hot-spare just dropped into place nicely, without any fuss or
muss. Performance suffered for a while, but that's ok.
All your hard work on MD has just made things pretty painless. Now to
upgrade to a pair of mirrored 2Tb drives with another hot spare, then
some re-shuffling of data.
Cheers,
John

All projects need to hear messages like this. I am sure it helps
motivate people when they hear that their hard work had a real benefit.

Hi Neil,
I want to thank you too!
Your project gave me a job to make a living on. To manage Linux md raids is a big part of my day job. So thanks from my children and my wife too.
Have a nice Advent season.
Lars
