I think you need to install mkfs.ext3. I don't remember by heart if it's 
installed by default (but I really think it's not)

And, double check if it's provided by mtd-utils, or by any other package 
in addition.

Hi.

I'm trying to format my flash on a sabreSD board, using the mkfs (image is
compile with the 3.10 kernel, but I recall I had the same problem before
too).

When I type command:
mkfs -t ext3 /dev/mmcblk1p2
I get following response.
mkfs.ext3: No such file or directory

Am I missing some setup in my build?
