I do not know how stable the "xoomer.virtgilio.it" URL is (and I lost the password
for this web site :).
I can host the technical report on unitn.it; I think it's more reliable. If you think
this is a good idea, I'll provide you with an updated URL (also, this is an old
document, written in "not so good" English... If there is interest, I can search for
the latex sources and update the document).
