Hello,
I tried today to readthe current cpu temperature of my imx53 cpu.
I know that temperature sensor register belong to the SATA block, but i found no drivers for that in the current kernel (my meta-fsl-arm is updated to dora branch).
Could someone help me?

Hi Simone,
did you try to look here (don't know if this exist by default):
cat /sys/bus/i2c/devices/0-0049/temp1_input ?

I think this is related to your hardware, we have no sensors on i2c bus.
