[ath9k-devel] Maximum stations in AP mode

Hello,

I came across a post on increasing the maximum no of stations when in AP
mode for ath9k drivers by Andrew Connel today.

I was trying to get the device working in Client as well as AP mode, and
also came across this limitation.

I see that this post is almost a year back. Have there been any updates on
this issue since then. If so kindly let me know, it would
be greatly appreciated.

ath9k_htc has this issue, but at least the AR9380 pci-e chipset NICs can do 400+
stations.

The ath9k_htc firmware is unlikely to support many more stations anytime soon
unless someone steps up and does a major re-write.
