If you really mean Itanium, then there will be no support for this 
configuration:

No sorry, I made a mistake, it is an x86 - 64 bits platform

http://download.gna.org/adeos/patches/v3.x/x86/ipipe-core-3.10.32-x86-2.patch. 
3.14 is currently in the testing stage at 
git://git.xenomai.org/ipipe.git, but not released yet.
