Seems that we don't have the pptpd recipes, you can search from here:

http://layers.openembedded.org/layerindex/branch/master/recipes/?q=pptpd

For the configure error:

sh: util/bindvar.sh: No such file or directory

You need check where is the bindvar.sh, and why can't find it.
