[dm-crypt] cryptsetup FAQ monthly pointer 9/2014

Additions:
- Item 4.5 explaining the risks of using strace
- Item 5.22 stating that cryptsetup will _not_ initiate
  any network connections.

At the very end of question 03 it says
Alternatively, plain cm-crypt can be used for a very fast wipe with crypto-grade randomness, see Item 2.19 

Should be dm-crypt, I assume.

thanks for maintaining the FAQ, it's very useful!

Have you ever considered to provide a detailed table of contents with
links/anchors for every question? When I point people to the FAQ
document I usually want to point out a particular question. Being able
to provide a direct link to that question would be really helpful in
those cases.

Thanks!

I thought about it, but so far I was too lazy. I think
pointing to "Item 7.6" or the like should be still enough.

At some time I will also have to split this thing into FAQ 
and User Manual. It is slowly getting to large for an FAQ
and people that just want to know how to set up LUKS are
getting confused.
