understood, from the General notes, netstat seems to be not a suggested tool to measure packets traffic, Is that another tool for better accuracy to measure the (TX/ RX packet transmission process), or maybe go directly to the drive so I can measure packet traffic in the network?

Netstat will give you only ip traffic. It has no idea about
retransmissions on wifi level. Take a look at /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/
