CPU_V7 is select'ed by all the MACH_SUN*I.
While we are here, let's delete the redundant "string" typedef
of SYS_CONFIG_NAME.

I deliberately put the CPU_V7 where it is because I think it is
likely we will see V8 sunxi hardware in the future.
