Right, this driver will be ported to old SoCs like RK3188 or RK3066, 
this will be renamed to PHY_ROCKCHIP_USB in the next version.

Right, this driver will be ported to old SoCs like RK3188 or RK3066, 
this will be renamed to PHY_ROCKCHIP_USB in the next version.
