Running current Linus' git head 64 bit kernel on 4-core AMD64, I've seen
the occasional problem like the following when restarting chromium on
Debian unstable and resuming lots of windows and tabs:
[ 0.000000] Initializing cgroup subsys cpuset
[ 0.000000] Initializing cgroup subsys cpu
[ 0.000000] Initializing cgroup subsys cpuacct

It doesn't happen every time, but has happened a few times in the
3.19.0-rcx kernels. When it does, one of the windows in chromium fails
to be restored.
Chromium version reported is: 39.0.2171.71-2
I'm happy to supply any further details and test patches.
Arthur.
