The repos don't really work like that. If I build 2.2.1, then soon after build
2.3-rc0, the 2.2.1 packages will disappear from the repos. In the case of
rawhide you could still grab it from koji, but for virt-preview the 2.2.1
package would be gone. So I don't see the usefulness in putting in effort to
package 2.2.1 when it will only be available for a very brief window of time.
