Ah right. asm/smp.h is not included unless CONFIG_SMP=y. We can move it
into smp_plat.h. I'll wait to see if there any other comments before
sending an update.

Ah right. asm/smp.h is not included unless CONFIG_SMP=y. We can move it
into smp_plat.h. I'll wait to see if there any other comments before
sending an update.
