After discussing the issue with Richard, we concluded that the TTS needs to
live inside toaster.
This is the patch importing (squashed, without history) TTS in bitbake.
NOTE: this includes the selenium tests developed by the QA team.
After the merge happens, all TTS development will be based on this branch.

/bitbake/lib/toaster/contrib/tts/backlog.txt
/bitbake/lib/toaster/contrib/tts/log/.create
/bitbake/lib/toaster/contrib/tts/settings.json
?
Other than that looks good.

The .create and the settings.json are intended.
The backlog.txt - it's fixed in a follow-up patch - well spotted !
