The board revision I have tried is :
Board: P3041DS, Sys ID: 0x1c, Sys Ver: 0x12, FPGA Ver: 0x05, vBank: 0
U-Boot 2011.06-rc2 (Jun 09 2011 - 20:15:17)
And the HDD used is:

SATA device 1: Model: Hitachi HDS721050CLA362 Firm: JP2OA3MA Ser#:       
JP1511HJ3TTD0K
             Type: Hard Disk
             Supports 48-bit addressing
             Capacity: 476940.0 MB = 465.7 GB (976773168 x 512)
