Checking that the subject domain is not the current one is pointless
when already having paused that domain: domain_pause() already
ASSERT()s this to be the case.

x86/paging: remove pointless current domain checks

Checking that the subject domain is not the current one is pointless
when already having paused that domain: domain_pause() already
ASSERT()s this to be the case.
