[PATCH] packagegroup-arago-test: Update vpdma-fw and vpe-tests packages

The vpdma-fw and vpe-tests are independent packages now.
Adding them both in the packagegroup.

The patch http://dflvsu0004.dal.design.ti.com/patch/12353/ in meta-ti
Splits the vpdma-fw and vpe-tests recipes
This patch is needed to update the package group in meta-arago correspondingly

This split was done back in January, but now it causes a conflict, because 
both vpdma-fw and vpe-tests try to install the same firmware image. Do you 
know if vpe-tests Makefile needs to be updated to not install FW image, or we 
can do it in the recipe itself. How do you want to handle this?

Can you please give some more details about the issue?
I just checked this on the latest nightly from GLSDK and I can see both 
vpdma-fw and vpe-tests included. We don't see the issue.

You should get a warning that both packages install vpdma-1b8.bin into 
/lib/firmware/ It wasn't fatal back in daisy.
