[meta-fsl-arm][PATCH v8] pulseaudio: Add PulseAudio configuration

-Use the ffmpeg resample instead of the speex one, since
 the ffmpeg resampler gives better quality.

-Normally, PulseAudio exits after an application finishes using it.
 Set exit-idle-time to -1 in the daemon.conf to force it to not exit.

Hi Yuqing,

Since this is only a single patch, the cover isn't needed.

Also, the subject line of the cover has nothing to
do with the single patch included.

For those of us who use threaded e-mail readers, this hides
the content of the patch set.
