How can exclude gstreamer package from the yocto build  root file system.

It's much simpler to think in terms of what you can add to an
image.  Try starting with a simpler image and then add any bits
you might need.  For example, if you want to build basically
core-image-sato but don't want gstreamer, you'll need to include
the bits it is including but leave out gst-player (and perhaps
others) as that's what's dragging in gstreamer (at least gstreamer 1.0)

Make sure you are using an image that does not include gstreamer, and
make sure you look at this variable [1] if you are using imx6Q or
imx6DL
