The patch d0550a3f2d313a5310ace03299d45ef63edfb750 ("fib_rules: fix fib
rule dumps across multiple skbs") added to the kernel 3.10.90 breaks the
kernel.
With the patch applied, the command "ip rule" gets stuck in an infinite
loop, printing the same line over and over again:
0: from all lookup local
0: from all lookup local
0: from all lookup local
0: from all lookup local
0: from all lookup local
0: from all lookup local
0: from all lookup local
...
