Subject: [meta-fsl-arm] Error while building alsa-lib
Date: Wed, 7 Oct 2015 14:00:40 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <56152587.2090107@exceet.de> (raw)

Hello,

Building with the current master for mx6ul the build of alsa-lib seems
to fail.

The reason is PACKAGE_ARCH being overridden by an empty MACHINE_SOCARCH
in alsa-lib_%.bbappend.
I don't know if this is related to the mx6ul soc configuration or more a
general problem.

It seems like removing the line
PACKAGE_ARCH_mx6ul = "${MACHINE_SOCARCH}"
from the bbappend resolves the problem.

Maybe someone can confirm/comment this!?
Thanks!

Regards,
Frieder Schrempf
