I don't really see how you could have the non-secure PPI, but not the
secure one, as the binding doesn't give you opportunity to do so (the
first interrupt is the secure one, then the non-secure one...).

I don't really see how you could have the non-secure PPI, but not the
secure one, as the binding doesn't give you opportunity to do so (the
first interrupt is the secure one, then the non-secure one...).
