Crap, thanks. This file was hidden in different commit and didn't cause
compilation failure. Patch below, tested that 1gb pages are available
with COMPACTION+ISOLATION.

Crap, thanks. This file was hidden in different commit and didn't cause
compilation failure. Patch below, tested that 1gb pages are available
