4.4.3 issue: Hisax driver no longer loading

Hello,

On 3.18.11 the card was functioning OK.
On 4.4.3 I get:

I reserved some IRQs in the BIOS of the box but different IRQ does not
solve the issue.
Cold boot doesn't help either.

Any workarounds?

pci=noacpi appears to make things work again....
