Hello,
Has anyone enable DFS function under IBSS mode?
I tried 9880 with firmware 999.999.0.636.
I can create ibss mode, however, i have no idea how to enable DFS at the
same time.
Actually, it seems i can get into CAC time (no beacon send out),
however, after 60 seconds, beacon still not send out.

636 does not support DFS from IIRC. Only 10.x does that but official
10.x doesn't support IBSS.
You probably want to check Ben's firmware fork:

enable 802.11h and 802.11d in IBSS mode.
Do i need to modify wpa_supplicant to support DFS?
