There is a script to check the format of title. The underscores are
now forbidden, because it often reference function or variable names,
which is not ideal in titles.

$ ./scripts/check-git-log.sh
Wrong headline format:
        mempool: use bit flags instead of is_mp and is_mc

I suggest something like:
	mempool: use bit flags to set multi consumers or producers
