Are there any description, what the contents of these 60+ registers
mean, or if one is under NDA. which one of them address pointers, or
bitfields, indexes, etc.?

Someone who has access to the source can decode these
if they have the right tools, but you have to let them know
the exact firmware version, and then you have to get lucky
and hope someone has time to work on it for you.
