But that doesn't help, as the only one that matters is pKVM, which
handles this anyway. If tlbs_range is not available, then the
all tlbs call back also return the same value. So, the core is
anyway going to call the full version anyways.
So I have left it as it is. A sensible backend could do
something like the pKVM does.
