Folks,
Is there a separate list that contains information on building dtc for 
use on a Windows host?
I didn't see any reference to windows on the archive for this list.

No.

Probably because it's not an itch anyone has had. It shouldn't be too
hard given folks get more complex projects to build.

I wouldn't suggest creating such a list either - the list volume is
very small, so I don't think splitting it any further would be
worthwhile.
