One of my PV's have krashed. I have a replacement disk, but
I don't know exactly how big the PV was, so that I can recreate
the PV...

'vgcfgrestore -ll' only shows me '15.55 GB', so that's useless...

How stable is the CVS tree currently? I'd prefer not to upgrade
my production system with something that will break it (BADLY)...

Sure.

We are just testing for the 1.0.3 release but as long as the test are being run
I can't give you more than the fact that I run it on all my systems here without
breaking them.

If you are really concerned, please wait till Friday where we have planned to
release 1.0.3.

I haven't upgraded my kernel yet, but by exporting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH=./lib,
and running

        ./vgcfgrestore -ll -v -n vg1

I get

PV Size 15.55 GB [32611887 secs] / NOT usable 4.18 MB [LVM: 139 KB]

So what's '32611887 secs'? Number of blocks?
