[v2] ath10k-firmware: QCA4019 hw1.0: Add Cell C RTL30VW specific BDF

Hi,

Currently this device is in the process of being added to OpenWRT
(https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/pull/2841).

To answer the questions on the wiki page:

* description for what hardware this is:

  - it is a QCA401x based board (AP-DK01.1-C2 based)
  - one QCA40xx radio is used as 2.4GHz radio
  - one QCA40xx radio is used as 5GHz radio

* origin of the board file (did you create it yourself or where you  downloaded)

  - Extracted from factory firmware

* ids to be used with the board file (ATH10K_BD_IE_BOARD_NAME in ath10k)

  - QCA4019 hw1.0

BoardNames: 'bus=ahb,bmi-chip-id=0,bmi-board-id=16,variant=cellc,rtl30vw'
BoardMD5: 54f78d6348ebdd1857ba3d42407bd7e4

BoardNames: 'bus=ahb,bmi-chip-id=0,bmi-board-id=17,variant=cellc,rtl30vw'
BoardMD5: 396013851bb5c28c67f60f08ca3675b5

NOTE:

"bus=ahb,bmi-chip-id=0,bmi-board-id=17,variant=cellc,rtl30vw" file
have the same md5 sum as
"bus=ahb,bmi-chip-id=0,bmi-board-id=17,variant=AVM-FRITZBox-4040".

In first message i sent  one bin without duplicate but Christian
Lamparter on OpenWrt github ask me for resend with both bin files.

* attach the actual board file (board.bin)
