These headers/defines should no longer be needed. Instead, as with
OMAP4, the raw values are used in the hwmod data (and we'll be moving
device tree for these values.)

These headers/defines should no longer be needed. Instead, as with
OMAP4, the raw values are used in the hwmod data (and we'll be moving
device tree for these values.)
