Can you explain this more. right now we generate vsid as below

vsid_scramble(ea >> SID_SHIFT, 256M) for kernel

vsid_scramble((context << USER_ESID_BITS) | (ea >> SID_SHIFT), 256M);
for user

what changes are you suggesting ?
