Hi George,
I'm trying to figure this out as well. The shields up results state,
"one or more of your system's ports actively responded to our
deliberate attempts to establish a connection." I'm trying to figure
out what the active response was and what it means.
I think I'll have to hit up one of the grc.com mailing lists.
