I don't think we need to modify each places listed below.
We just need to update is_pmu_hybrid() and perf_pmus__has_hybrid(). And
probably use is_pmu_hybrid() to replace perf_pmu__skip_empty_cpus().
I don't think we need to change the interface.
It should not be a big patch.
