I can't clone git://linux-nfs.org/~tomtucker/nfs-rdma-dev-2.6.git.
It is gone.
Where can I find the soruces?

I renamed it xprt-switch-2.6.git. Sorry for the confusion.

Do I need config option NFSD_RDMA with this git tree?
I see that option in the previous git tree.

You do not. The SUNRPC_XPRT_RDMA config option controls the NFS/RDMA 
client and server build. It is set automatically. See:
