Well, the whole point is that you can use a &Device<Bound> to directly access
device resources without any overhead, i.e.

	fn handle(&self, dev: &Device<Bound>) -> IrqReturn {
	   let io = self.iomem.access(dev);

	   io.write32(...);
	}
