Win32, Win2k version of IPTABLES

Is there a version of iptables on Win2k or Win32 that does not require
cygwin?

There's not version of iptables/Netfilter for Windows, using cygwin
or not. The OS it's so different I think it will never be one.

No. But pktfilter has some of the functionality and is actually quite good
considering it's Win32. Find it here:
