I bisected the problem to:
ARM: dts: sunxi: Move wakeup-capable IRQs to r_intc
Reverting it permit a successfully boot.

I bisected the problem to:
ARM: dts: sunxi: Move wakeup-capable IRQs to r_intc
Reverting it permit a successfully boot.
