Again, what's the difference between 0 and 1?

I've probably asked that before, but without a sufficient reasoning 
here in the schema I'm just going to keep asking the same question.

Again, what's the difference between 0 and 1?

I've probably asked that before, but without a sufficient reasoning 
here in the schema I'm just going to keep asking the same question.
