[PATCH nf] selftests: netfilter: reduce zone stress test running time

[PATCH nf] selftests: netfilter: reduce zone stress test running time

This selftests needs almost 3 minutes to complete, reduce the
insertes zones to 1000.  Test now completes in about 20 seconds.
