Wouldn't this be better?

One blank line is enough.

Why negative conditional? Usual pattern is to check for errors first, so

	if (IS_ERR(st->vref)) {
		dev_warn(...);
		...
	} else {
		ret = regulator_get_voltage(st->vref);
	}
