Convert the TI Keystone Timer binding to DT schema format. It's a
straight-forward conversion.

dt-bindings: timer: Convert ti,keystone-timer to DT schema

Convert the TI Keystone Timer binding to DT schema format. It's a
straight-forward conversion.
