I checked out your branch and get a compiler error about missing pwm.c:

$ make W=1 LLVM=1 ARCH=riscv
  CALL    scripts/checksyscalls.sh
  BINDGEN rust/bindings/bindings_helpers_generated.rs
rust/helpers/helpers.c:34:10: fatal error: 'pwm.c' file not found
