dt-bindings: sound: sophgo,cv1800b: add I2S/TDM controller

Is this anyhow better? Also in the documentation directory should go
first but I didn't find such examples in git follow.

dt-bindings: sound: sophgo,cv1800b: add I2S/TDM controller

Is this anyhow better? Also in the documentation directory should go
