Fix spelling/grammatical errors in printk.c and nbcon.c:
- "precation" -> "precautionary"
- "othrewise" -> "otherwise"
- "An usable" -> "A usable"
- "made a progress" -> "made progress"
- "preemtible" -> "preemptible"
- "mechasism" -> "mechanism"
- "ownerhip" -> "ownership"
